If there is a manufacturing defect or other defect in the product, there is a free right of return. If the product is damaged during shipping, we may need to contact the shipment company before we can decide if and how the complaint should be handled.

Contact us on info@blocho.se where you describe the defect. We need information of how many items are damaged/defected and photos that include all damaged goods, including damage to cardboard/packaging. Also enter order number.
